1. What chocolate flavors do you have?
   
   We offer numerous different types of chocolate including milk, white and dark. In addition to these, we can fill our chocolate fountains with other types of flavored chocolates. These types of chocolate cost between $50 and $100 extra.



2. What other fees are associated with the chocolate fountain?
   
   If you are using one of Sweet Fountains "Full-Service" chocolate fountain packages, everything is included in the price quote you receive from our call center. Our general prices on the website include set-up, take-down and travel up to 25 miles from your nearest downtown area. Our "Semi-Service" packages do not deal with these items and are based upon shipping.



3. What are Wedding Skewers?
   
   Wedding skewers are designed for those who would like to add a special touch. They are 12" long and are Stainless Steel. They are $25 extra, but make for excellent photo opportunities.
   
   
4. Is your company insured?
   
   Yes, we have liability insurance. Proof is available for your banquet hall or facility. We always recommend that you require liability insurance from all your vendors for your special event.



5. What is the deposit?
   
   We require a $200 non-refundable retainer to hold your chocolate fountain.



6. What else should I know about the chocolate fountain?
   
   We require that you provide a level table, an 120 volt grounded electrical outlet and the linens and decorations for the fountain. You should also have plates and napkins for your guests to use!



7. Can I use the fountain outside?
   
   When it comes to outdoors fountain rentals, we generally suggest no. The only exception is if the fountain is completely enclosed or in an area where absolutely no wind would be able to reach it.



8. Do you provide the dipping items?
   
   There are two reasons why we don't provide dipping items. First, if you can provide them yourself, they are extremely affordable for you to have available for us. Our representative will arrange them if they are on the table with platters. With all bookings, we send a list of our Top 20 items which include strawberries, marshmallows, brownie bites, cream puffs, pretzels and much more!
   
   The second reason we don't provide the chocolate fountain dipping items is at some facilities, they do not allow outside catering or food services. Usually the chocolate fountain is acceptable by itself, but not with the dipping items. Your caterers should be able to supply you with an even greater selection of items which could include fresh cut fruits and more seasonal items.



9. Can I use the chocolate fountain in place of the wedding cake?
   
   Absolutely, many of our brides have chosen to move away from the norm and have replaced their wedding cake with the chocolate fountain. We know that their guests have not been disappointed!
